To use mobile banking, you’ll need to be a registered NEFCUOnline user. On your initial login to Mobile Web or any of our apps, we'll need to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to access this account. Your registered phone numbers will be presented to you and you can opt to receive a text message or an automated voice call. The message or call will include the instructions you'll need to reply. After you've successfully replied, you'll be able to securely access your HealthOne accounts.

The NEFCU Mobile App is available for download on the iPhone or Android. We also offer a version for iPad, Android and Kindle FireTM users that's designed expressly for the touchscreen and size of your tablet. To get started, search for NEFCU Mobile App in the App Storesm, Google Play or Amazon Appstore and then follow the instructions to install the application on your device. When prompted, enter your username and password to login.
The Touch ID feature is now available in the latest release of the NEFCU Mobile App (v4.5). With Touch ID, you can use your fingerprint to log in securely in lieu of a username and password. Touch ID is available on iPhones 5S and higher. This feature will be available on the iPad in an upcoming release in fall 2015.
Note: NEFCU Apps are generally designed for widely held devices with current software support from Apple and Google. Newer releases of NEFCU Apps may not be supported on older devices. If you are experiencing navigation issues, this is likely the cause.

Mobile Web gives you the ability to access your accounts from anywhere using a web-enabled mobile phone or wireless device. You can view account information, conduct transfers, and manage bill payments from any mobile device that has web browsing capability and a data plan.
To get started, just go to healthonecu.com. Depending on your screen size, you'll either be able to login as usual or you'll be presented with a link to "Login to Mobile Banking" instead. When you click this link, you'll automatically be redirected to a mobile website that has been optimized for your browser. When prompted, enter your username and password to login.
Text Message Banking is a quick and easy way to check your account balances and most recent transactions via a simple SMS text. You can even transfer funds into your primary account to make sure your purchases are covered. To get started, login to NEFCUOnline, click on Additional Services, and select Text Message Banking from the dropdown menu.
